Job Title: Joinery Paint Sprayer

Shift: Day shift (40 hours per week)

Location: Leicestershire, LE17

Hourly Rate: £14 - 17 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

The Company:

A Specialist Bespoke Joinery and Cabinetry Manufacturer and Installer for High End Residential and Commercial Premises. 

The Joinery Paint Sprayer Role:

• Applying paint and coatings to Specialist Bespoke Joinery to a very high standard.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
• Mix paint and coatings according to specifications
• Operate spraying equipment to apply paint or coatings to surfaces
• Ensure even coverage and smooth finish
• Monitor and adjust spray patterns, pressure, and flow rates as needed
• Clean and maintain spraying equipment after each use
• Follow safety protocols and use protective gear when working with chemicals or hazardous materials

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Sprayer or similar role
• Proficient in painting techniques and surface preparation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
